Copywritten ©️             DeVinn’s Corner Lessons I Learned from Turning 21 As I turned 21 this year, there very many life lessons I learned, and it has been a journey of learning through good things, sad things, causalities, and difficulties. Seasons where you are starting new and feeling lost and scary and something that can most definitely catch you off guard. Having to restart my life has been one of the hardest things I have experienced, but these experiences are not all bad though.  I am happy to have been able to have a fresh, clean slate in life and live life as intended. The first years of my life were taken away from my father who was extremely manipulative and abusive. I had to decide to leave the situation and start all over again with a new slate in life. It has most definitely been a struggle, but I can still say that I have peace of mind now and am not being under someone who is constantly hurting you and mistreating you for no reason....

Can you relate with what I am going through? Maybe you had to let go of former things in order to reach a new place in life. Starting over is very scary. Especially if you don't have a lot of support. You will also run into all the people that try to convince you to stay where you are hurting.  Or you will experience the ones that talk about you for telling the truth. Only focus on the ones that are happy to see you start over. The ones that understand and empathize with the hurt you experienced.
